The hotel has a romantic atmosphere. the staff are knowledgeable and competent at all times. - the receptionist is exceptional and very friendly. - the restaurant and lounge staff are friendly and capable. - the breakfast offers a variety of options, including croissants and cheese.

Had a great two-night stay here, no complaints at all. The location is super convenient, just a 5-minute walk from a cool semicircular terrace. Enjoyed delicious meals at the newly renovated restaurant for both breakfast and dinner. 🍽️

The hotel's central location was incredibly convenient, with key attractions and amenities within easy walking distance. The friendly staff were always attentive and ready to help whenever necessary. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, with the rooms and common areas well-maintained and spotless.

On the downside, the rooms were quite small, which made it somewhat challenging to move around comfortably. Furthermore, the lack of soundproofing in the windows meant that external noises, such as rain and seagulls, could be heard quite prominently.

The hotel's central location makes it convenient to explore the city, with historical sites nearby and easy access to the Podium Car park. The rooms are clean and pleasant, and some even offer small suites. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, offering helpful service throughout the stay. The breakfast spread is varied and enjoyable, with options for different dietary needs, such as dairy-free choices.

The pillows provided in the rooms lack support and could be improved for a more comfortable sleep experience.

We had a fantastic stay at the Hilton in Bath. The location was absolutely perfect, allowing us to easily explore all the attractions in the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We were particularly impressed with the level of service we received at the front desk. When we arrived, our room wasn't quite ready yet, but the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable while we waited. They even provided us with complimentary cookies, which was a lovely touch. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and spacious. We had a great night's sleep on the comfortable bed and appreciated the amenities provided. We also really enjoyed the breakfast at the hotel. The food was delicious and there was a good variety of options to choose from. our experience at the Hilton in Bath was fantastic. We would definitely recommend it to others and would love to stay there again in the future.
